Privacy Policy
Effective July 6, 2026. This explains what information Aetyop Capital collects and how it is used.
1. Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. We also record account activity such as deposits, withdrawals, investments, and balance changes so we can maintain an accurate, auditable record of your account.
2. How we use information
We use your information to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, communicate with you about your account (including verification emails and codes), and maintain security and audit records.
3. Payment & deposit processors
Card deposits are processed by Stripe. Cryptocurrency deposits are processed through Coinbase Commerce. These providers receive only the information necessary to process a given transaction; we do not store your card details.
4. Email delivery
Transactional email (such as email verification) is delivered through Resend. We do not use your email address for marketing without your consent.
5. Data security
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Account balance changes are recorded in an append-only ledger so every change can be traced and reconciled.
6. Data retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet audit and legal obligations. If you delete your account, your profile and associated records are permanently removed, other than information we are required to retain by law.
7. Your rights
You can review and update your profile information, and request deletion of your account, at any time from your account settings.
8. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
