Terms of Service
Effective July 6, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using Aetyop Capital.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise accessing Aetyop Capital (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
4. Fixed-term investment packages
Each package specifies a fixed duration, a return on investment (ROI) rate, and a fee rate. These are snapshotted at the moment you subscribe and do not change for the life of that investment, even if the package’s listed rate changes afterwards. Once subscribed, principal is locked for the full term — early withdrawal or cancellation of an individual investment is not available. Matured investments must be claimed from your portfolio; payout is not credited automatically on the maturity date.
5. Deposits
You may fund your account balance by card or by cryptocurrency (USDT) on a supported network. You are solely responsible for sending funds to the correct network and address shown at the time of deposit; deposits sent to an incorrect network or address cannot be recovered.
6. Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance to a destination you specify. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before funds are released and may be delayed or declined for verification, risk, or compliance reasons. Funds requested for withdrawal are reserved from your balance while the request is pending.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity, to interfere with the Service’s operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Rates shown are fixed for the stated term but are not a guarantee of future performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aetyop Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
